I haven't been able to go do my usual photography stuff lately. Due to unforseen circumstances [or at least they were forseen, just very sudden], one of my coworkers up and quit work so I spent 37 hours of one week and 35 hours of the next week covering her shift. We have hired another cashier, but due to training her and getting her used to everything, I'd say I will have at least one more week of the 35+ hour thing.

Anywho, I awoke the other night to a loud knocking on my door. Weird, though, no one ever knocks on my door. Either they just yell through the door or knock it wide open. I'd say it was about 2 or 3 in the morning, an unusual time for mom to be up. When I opened my eyes [because I had not opened them when I heard the knock] I saw a light on my bedroom wall. When I turned over, low and behold, who was there but the mysterious guy that follows me around and walks around my nana's house.

You can say I'm crazy. I don't care, because I know what I see and I know what I hear, and to say the least, I am very adamant in my beliefs. Today I saw my great-grandmother, just as plain as day, walking through nana's house. She was absolutely gorgeous. It may be a stretch to say that I kind of look like her [except my eyebrows are way too thin, haha].

I would love to go ghost hunting again, although working the hours that I do, I find it hard not to just go home and sleep when I get off work. I know that there are people who work way more hours than me, but you know, going from 25 hours all semester to 37 hours in one big leap? Well, it just takes some getting used to.

I guess life just takes some getting used to. Alas.
